2.3 Third-Party Real Estate Data
In delivering the Service, we process the following data sourced from third parties on your behalf:
- Listing data: Property addresses, prices, days on market, lead types, and related information aggregated from publicly available listing websites (including Redfin and Realtor.com)
- Skip trace data: Property owner names, phone numbers, and email addresses obtained through Tracerfy’s skip tracing API. This data is sourced from public records and third-party data aggregators. Accuracy is not guaranteed.
This third-party property and owner data is processed to provide the Service to you. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share it with parties other than as described in this Policy.
2.4 Payment Data
Credit card and payment account information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details. We retain billing metadata (subscription ID, plan, status, and transaction timestamps) as needed for account management and legal compliance.
2.5 Technical Data
We may collect standard server log data including IP addresses, request timestamps, and error logs for security monitoring and platform stability. This data is not used for advertising.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Service delivery: Providing lead data, AI scoring, scripts, skip tracing, pipeline management, and daily briefings
- AI processing: Your conversation history and account context are included in prompts sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate personalized responses. See Section 5 for details.
- Communications: Sending transactional emails (welcome, billing, service notices) via SendGrid
- Billing and subscription management: Via Stripe
- Support: Responding to inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalating support tickets
- Security and abuse prevention: Detecting and preventing unauthorized access
- Legal compliance: Maintaining records as required by applicable law
We do not use your personal information for behavioral advertising, third-party marketing, or sale to data brokers.

5. Anthropic API and AI Processing
When you interact with your Orpheus Leads Agent, your messages and relevant account context (name, markets, settings, recent leads) are transmitted to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate a response. This processing is governed by Anthropic’s API usage policies.
Per Anthropic’s API terms, they do not use API inputs to train their models by default. Conversations processed through the API are subject to Anthropic’s Privacy Policy and Usage Policy.
You should not input sensitive personal information (social security numbers, financial account numbers, medical information) into the bot.

7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls on our production systems. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights
8.1 All Customers
- Access: Request a copy of personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data (some data may be retained for legal compliance)
- Portability: Request your pipeline and lead data in a structured format

8.2 California Residents (CCPA)

- Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell personal information. No opt-out is needed.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights

8.3 European and UK Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our Data Processing Agreement (available at /dpa) governs the processing of your personal data. 9. Cookies and Tracking
Our website (orpheusleads.com) uses minimal cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The Service (Telegram bot) does not use cookies.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. The updated Policy will be effective on the date posted.
