Setup & Onboarding
Everything that happens before your first lead arrives
Create your account and choose a plan. You'll receive a welcome email with a link to activate your Telegram bot connection.
Tap the link in the welcome email. It opens Telegram and sends /start — this links your Telegram account to your Orpheus Leads subscription.
OLA will message you as soon as you tap Start. It asks four things, one at a time — just reply in plain text:
- Your name — how you want to sign outreach messages (e.g. Sarah Johnson)
- Your city & state — where to pull leads from (e.g. Austin, TX)
- Lead types — which categories you want: FSBO, Expired, New Listing, Price Drop (pick any combination)
- Your brokerage — e.g. Keller Williams, or leave blank if you're independent
The scraper runs daily at 6:00 AM UTC. Your Daily Brief is delivered based on your timezone setting (default: 8 AM local time).

Viewing Leads
Pull up your leads from Telegram at any time
Shows all new leads that haven't been delivered in a brief yet. Each lead card shows address, price, beds/baths, days on market, score, action buttons, and a point-by-point score breakdown (e.g. Base: 5 · +2 FSBO · +1 30 DOM = 8/10).
Shows only leads scored 7 or higher — your best opportunities. Use this when you want the cream of the crop.
Filter to For Sale By Owner listings. These have no listing agent to compete with — the highest-opportunity lead type.
Show only leads within a specific price range. Useful when you want to focus on a particular market segment.
Shows a prioritised list of everything that needs attention today — overdue follow-ups, hot new leads, and reminders.

Lead Actions
Update, annotate, and manage leads through the pipeline
Marks a lead as contacted and starts the follow-up reminder clock. OLA will remind you to follow up based on your pipeline stage.

Manually add a lead that wasn't scraped — a referral, open house contact, or lead from another source. Manually added leads are never auto-archived.
Bulk-archive leads older than N days. Archived leads stay in your database but are hidden from the active pipeline. Useful for a periodic spring clean.

Visual Pipeline Board
Type pipeline link in the chat and OLA sends you a private URL. Open it in any browser to see your full pipeline as a Kanban board — New, Contacted, Follow Up, and Closed columns, with each lead showing its score, price, days on market, and contact info.
- The link is private — it shows only your data, no login required
- Refreshes every time you load the page
- Read-only — all changes are still made through the Telegram chat

Skip Trace
Find the owner's phone number and email address instantly
Skip tracing looks up the property owner's contact information from public records. OLA uses Tracerfy to retrieve phone numbers (ranked by confidence, with cell/landline/VoIP labels and DNC flags) and email addresses.

Generate a personalised cold call opener using the property details, lead type, your name, and brokerage. The script is 6–9 sentences with a rapport-building opening and an open-ended qualifying question.
Tap the Script button on any lead card. If you have a saved script in your Script Library that matches this lead type, it's shown pre-filled with the property details. Otherwise, a fresh script is generated.
Email Outreach
Professional outreach emails drafted and sent to your inbox
Draft a short outreach email (under 150 words) for the property owner. OLA includes a compelling subject line and signs it with your name and brokerage. The draft is sent to your registered email address so you can review and forward.
Tap Email on any lead card to instantly draft and receive an outreach email. If the lead has an owner email from a skip trace, that address is shown so you can send directly.
