Setup & Onboarding

Everything that happens before your first lead arrives

Sign up at orpheusleads.com

Create your account and choose a plan. You'll receive a welcome email with a link to activate your Telegram bot connection.

Open your Telegram bot link

Tap the link in the welcome email. It opens Telegram and sends /start — this links your Telegram account to your Orpheus Leads subscription.

Answer OLA's four quick setup questions

OLA will message you as soon as you tap Start. It asks four things, one at a time — just reply in plain text:

  1. Your name — how you want to sign outreach messages (e.g. Sarah Johnson)
  2. Your city & state — where to pull leads from (e.g. Austin, TX)
  3. Lead types — which categories you want: FSBO, Expired, New Listing, Price Drop (pick any combination)
  4. Your brokerage — e.g. Keller Williams, or leave blank if you're independent

Your first leads arrive the next morning

The scraper runs daily at 6:00 AM UTC. Your Daily Brief is delivered based on your timezone setting (default: 8 AM local time).

💡 Tip: You can change any setting at any time by texting OLA. Type settings to see everything, or jump straight to what you want to change: set brokerage Keller Williams.

Viewing Leads

Pull up your leads from Telegram at any time

leads View undelivered leads

Shows all new leads that haven't been delivered in a brief yet. Each lead card shows address, price, beds/baths, days on market, score, action buttons, and a point-by-point score breakdown (e.g. Base: 5 · +2 FSBO · +1 30 DOM = 8/10).

leads hot High-score leads only

Shows only leads scored 7 or higher — your best opportunities. Use this when you want the cream of the crop.

leads fsbo FSBO leads only

Filter to For Sale By Owner listings. These have no listing agent to compete with — the highest-opportunity lead type.

Show only leads within a specific price range. Useful when you want to focus on a particular market segment.

Shows a prioritised list of everything that needs attention today — overdue follow-ups, hot new leads, and reminders.

📱 Lead cards include one-tap buttons at the bottom: Skip Trace, Script, Email, Contact, Remind, and Archive. No typing needed for the most common actions.

💡 Auto-cleanup: Leads that sit untouched in "New" status for 14 days are automatically archived to keep your pipeline fresh. Archived leads are permanently removed after 44 days total.

Lead Actions

Update, annotate, and manage leads through the pipeline

Marks a lead as contacted and starts the follow-up reminder clock. OLA will remind you to follow up based on your pipeline stage.

Attach a note to a lead. Notes are timestamped and saved permanently. Use this to log call outcomes, owner details, or next steps.

View the full note history for a lead, with timestamps. See everything you've logged about a prospect in one place.

Set a custom follow-up reminder for any lead. OLA will message you at the right time so nothing falls through the cracks.

Manually add a lead that wasn't scraped — a referral, open house contact, or lead from another source. Manually added leads are never auto-archived.

Bulk-archive leads older than N days. Archived leads stay in your database but are hidden from the active pipeline. Useful for a periodic spring clean.

Shows a full pipeline summary: counts by status (new, contacted, follow-up, closed), hot leads, active FSBO count, and your most recent leads. Archived leads are excluded.

⚡ Lead Lifecycle: New leads are auto-archived after 14 days of no action. Archived leads are permanently deleted after 44 days total from their scrape date. Manually added leads are never auto-archived.

Visual Pipeline Board

Type pipeline link in the chat and OLA sends you a private URL. Open it in any browser to see your full pipeline as a Kanban board — New, Contacted, Follow Up, and Closed columns, with each lead showing its score, price, days on market, and contact info.

  • The link is private — it shows only your data, no login required
  • Refreshes every time you load the page
  • Read-only — all changes are still made through the Telegram chat
  • Works on desktop, tablet, or phone browser

Skip Trace

Find the owner's phone number and email address instantly

Skip tracing looks up the property owner's contact information from public records. OLA uses Tracerfy to retrieve phone numbers (ranked by confidence, with cell/landline/VoIP labels and DNC flags) and email addresses.

Personalised cold call openers before you dial

Generate a personalised cold call opener using the property details, lead type, your name, and brokerage. The script is 6–9 sentences with a rapport-building opening and an open-ended qualifying question.

Tap the Script button on any lead card. If you have a saved script in your Script Library that matches this lead type, it's shown pre-filled with the property details. Otherwise, a fresh script is generated.

🌟 Upgrade tip: Save your best scripts in the Script Library so OLA always uses your preferred opener — personalised with live property data — instead of generating a new one each time.

Email Outreach

Professional outreach emails drafted and sent to your inbox

Draft a short outreach email (under 150 words) for the property owner. OLA includes a compelling subject line and signs it with your name and brokerage. The draft is sent to your registered email address so you can review and forward.

Your Script Library stores personalised call and email scripts that OLA auto-fills with live property data whenever you tap the Script button on a lead. Create scripts for each lead type, set a default, and never start from scratch again.

Creating a Script — Step by Step

Choose script type

Select Call Script or Email Script from the inline buttons.

Pick the type this script is for: FSBO, New Listing, Price Drop, Expired, or General (works for any lead type).

Type any specific context — e.g. "investor buyer" or "retired couple" — or just reply Skip for a general template.

Review and name it

OLA drafts the script and shows it to you. Reply with a name (e.g. "FSBO Opener") and it's saved to your library instantly.

Managing Your Scripts

Use these in your script content and OLA replaces them with real lead data when you use the script on a lead card:
